As part of our continuous enhancement and quality improvement of our services provided to clients, INC has automated its support services with Support Application. The Application comes with different services that facilitate our client’s interaction with INC team.
The App provides an overview of the support contracts and allows our clients to open support tickets directly from the App without the need of sending emails or calling.
Also, the Support App gives our clients the chance to keep track of their Dynamics Enhancement Plan. Different type of reminders are set, when the number of hours is about to be consumed and before the expiry of the contract.
The App is accessible by all INC clients from Portal and Mobile on both iOS and Android platforms.
