SLAs
A. New Clients
i. 20% extra hours for the first year
II. Clients signing a 2-year contract will get 15% discount. Clients signing a 3-year contract will get 25% discount
B. Existing Clients
I. If clients consume the total hours before end of contract and renew again during the old contract period, they will get 20% extra hours on the new contract
II. If clients renew for double the hours, they will get 20 extra hours
III. Clients signing a 2-year contract will get 15% discount. Clients signing a 3-year contract will get 25% discount.
Enhancement
A. New clients
I. 5% discount for the first year or 20 SLA hours
B. Existing Clients
I. If clients renew 1 month before the anniversary, they will get 15 SLA hours
II. If clients renew 2 months before the anniversary, they will get 20 SLA hours
III. If clients renew 3 months before the anniversary, they will get 25 SLA hours
IV. If clients renew for 3 years, they will get 20 SLA hours per year for the next 3 years
Professional Services
A. New Clients
I. If clients pay 100% in advance , they will get a free 100 SLA hours
II. If clients pay 50% in advance , they will get a free 50 SLA hours
B. Existing Clients
I. Existing clients who will upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, will get a free 100 SLA hours. If clients upgrade and extend for 3 years they will get free 25 SLA hours per year for the next three years
